Upper Body Injury Compensation
- Back minor – recovery within 12 months: £2,500
- Moderate back injury: £8,000 to £25,000
- Severe / catastrophic back injury up to: £111,000
- Shoulder – simple fracture: £3,400 to £8,000
- Shoulder soft tissue with recovery between 1 to 2 years: £2,850 to £5,000
- Frozen shoulder lasting up to 2 years: £5,000 to £8,000

Arm Injury Compensation
- Amputation of arm at shoulder: £90,000
- Amputation of arm below elbow up to: £72,000
- More serious arm injuries £12,000 to: £86,000
- Simple fracture of arm: £4,350 to £12,000
- Minor hand injury: £600 to £2,800
- Moderate hand injury – up to: £8,500
- Serious to very severe hand injuries: £9,000 to £132,000
- Simple fracture of one finger: £2,000 to £3,125
- Minor thumb injury: £1,450 to £2,500
- Loss or partial loss of finger / thumb: £2,600 to £12,300
Lower Body Injury Compensation
- Minor hip injuries with a complete recovery - up to: £2,600
- More significant hip injuries (including cases where a replacement hip might be required): £2,600 to £17,500
- Severe hip injuries: £17,500 to £86,000
Leg Injury Compensation
- Minor knee injury with complete recovery - up to: £3,750
- More severe knee injuries: £3,750 to £63,000
- Simple fracture of the lower leg with full recovery – up to: £6,000
- Straight forward fracture of the upper leg – up to: £9,000
- Fractures of the leg with permanent non-severe symptoms: £11,000 to £18,000
- Severe leg injuries: £18,250 to £89,000
